MtoM Consulting (“MtoM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a digital marketing agency based in Arlington, Virginia. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit mtomconsulting.com or book a meeting at book.mtomconsulting.com (together, the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. It also serves as our Cookie Policy.

Information you give us
We collect information you choose to share with us, including when you:
- Fill out a form on the Site or send us an email (for example, your name, email address, phone number, company, and message).
- Book a meeting through our scheduling page (your name, email address, phone number if provided, meeting time, and any notes you add). For student mentoring sessions, you may also choose to add a parent or guardian’s email address so they receive the invitation.
- Communicate with us by phone, video call, or social media.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect this through server logs, cookies, and Google Analytics, as described below.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries and schedule and hold meetings.
- Provide and improve our services and the Site.
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and navigation.
- Send you follow-up communications you have requested. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Advertising cookies
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies or pixels on the Site. If that changes, we will update this policy before those tools go live and give you a way to opt out.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only certain cookies, or alert you when a cookie is set. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.

Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for how websites should respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. You can still manage cookies as described above.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (WP Engine), analytics provider (Google), scheduling and calendar tools (Netlify and Google Workspace), and video conferencing (Zoom). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MtoM, our clients, or others.
- Business changes. If MtoM is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your consent. In any other situation where you have agreed to it.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to you, provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also ask us to stop sending you communications. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will respond to requests within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity first.
Links to Other Websites
The Site links to other websites and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and The Pod Factory. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. We encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted on the Site.
