Marketing to Moms Via Bravo
It is no secret that I am huge fan of Bravo and that the network appeals to a highly sought after mom demo. Their viewers are primarily more affluent, college educated women and 51% have children in the household. Brands have certainly taken notice and we have seen plenty of brand promotion in the WWHL Clubhouse.

I enjoyed seeing a new tactic used leading up to the premiere of the movie Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. Bravo’s new show Manzo’d With Children is a spin off from The Real Housewives of New Jersey starring Caroline Manzo and her family, which includes grown children. The “kids” and mom gathered in the kitchen to shoot interstitials introducing the Alexander Movie trailer. Since I had tuned in specifically to see the new show, these promos definitely caught my attention and I watched the trailer. I had been wondering how Disney would extend a fairly simple, and beloved, children’s story into a feature length movie and liked what I saw in the trailer. My kids were thrilled to see the movie on opening day- thanks Manzos!
