Summer marketing internship
We're hiring paid summer interns to work on real client work across social media, content, influencer marketing, and digital advertising. It's remote, up to 20 hours a week, from roughly May to August 2027.
We'd especially love to hear from someone who knows AI and data analytics, or wants to use AI to build better marketing processes.

What you'll do
- Use AI tools to build and improve how we work: research, reporting, content planning, and repeatable marketing processes
- Pull data from ad, social, and web platforms, analyze it, and help turn it into client reports and dashboards
- Help plan, create, and schedule social content for clients: graphics, short video, and captions
- Monitor client social accounts and community conversations
- Research creators and influencers for client campaigns
- Research marketing, social media, and AI trends, and write for the MtoM blog
- Support campaigns across Social Media, Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, and Digital Advertising
What we're looking for
- Familiarity with AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT, or a real interest in using AI to build better marketing processes
- Comfort with data: spreadsheets, analytics, and turning numbers into a clear takeaway
- The ability to think creatively and critically
- The ability to work with a fast-paced team
- Strong writing skills, both creative and persuasive
- A self-motivated attitude
- An intuitive approach to solving problems
- Strong attention to detail
- Resourcefulness
- A strong work ethic
- Working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Nice to have, not required: experience with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or a similar tool; Canva or Adobe; video editing; graphic or web design.

MtoM is a boutique digital marketing agency based in Falls Church, Virginia, working with clients across the United States, from children's museums and national associations to consumer brands. We run Social Media, Content Creation, Influencer Marketing, Digital Advertising, Web Development, and AI search visibility for our clients, and podcast production through The Pod Factory.
Our interns work alongside the team on live client accounts, not side projects, and leave with work they can show.
