Christine Wilson

Christine Wilson
Founder & CEO

Christine Wilson has spent more than 20 years working with thought leaders and industry influencers in information technology, entertainment, market research, and digital content. Her extensive marketing experience with the pioneer cable network Oxygen Media sparked her passion for marketing to women. Christine led the marketing and business development for Synacor and ContentNow, digital and content start-ups, as well as chaired the board of a 3000-member moms’ organization. In 2011 she started MtoM Consulting to assist businesses and brands in communicating with moms in the digital space. Over the past eleven years, MtoM has grown into a full-service digital agency focused on social media, content creation, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.

Christine received her undergraduate degree in Psychology in 1999 from the University of Virginia and resides in Arlington, VA with her husband and two boys. She enjoys visiting Cape Cod, drinking wine, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.

Nicole Oakley
Senior Marketing Director

Nicole has two years of marketing and project management experience. Originally coming from a healthcare background, Nicole has learned the importance of cross-industry standards and how to take skills from other industries into project management.  

At MtoM, Nicole oversees several clients and acts as the day-to-day coordinator with respect to general questions, making sure projects are executed well and in a timely manner, and responding to any urgent matters. While MtoM’s client list varies, Nicole’s primary focus and specialty is working with clients in the cannabis & CBD industry, as well as influencer marketing.

Nicole received her undergraduate degree in Pre-Professional Exercise Science in 2018 from Appalachian State University, as well as her master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2019. She is fluent in Spanish and had the unique experience of being in a Spanish immersion program from Kindergarten until graduating high school. She loves to cook and even spent a summer studying at the Institue of Culinary Education in NYC. You can often find her running or brewery hopping with her fiance and dog, Tucker.

Courtney Brewer
Senior Marketing Director

Courtney Brewer has over four years of marketing and project management experience. Originally coming from a sales background, Courtney has learned the importance of managing the entire client lifecycle from start to finish all while ensuring positive customer service throughout.

At MtoM, Courtney oversees several clients and acts as the day-to-day coordinator with respect to general questions, making sure projects are executed well and in a timely manner, and responding to any urgent matters. While MtoM’s client list varies, Courtney’s primary focus and specialty is working with both small and large nonprofits.

Courtney received her undergraduate degree in Communications in 2016 from James Madison University. She was born in Atlanta, raised in a suburb outside of Boston, and currently resides in Adams Morgan in Washington, DC. She enjoys trying new restaurants and bars with her fiance and loves taking her dog, Hugo, for leisurely walks through her neighborhood park.

Ellen Gillespie
Marketing Manager

Ellen joins the MtoM team with several years of marketing and graphic design experience. She built her own business specializing in paper products that are currently sold wholesale nationwide. When a fulfillment partner took over operations, she decided the extra free time would be well-spent working with freelance clients in a variety of industries such as real estate, nonprofit, and interior design. She is excited to return to her first love of marketing and to bring all of that experience to an agency setting.
She is a graduate of Auburn University having majored in International Business with concentrations in Marketing and Spanish. She resides outside of Birmingham, AL where she has been married to her college sweetheart for many years. She lights up when you ask her about her 2 teenage sons AND her 2 golden retrievers.

Lucas Smith
Senior Creative Strategist

Lucas Smith is a Creative Strategist at MtoM specializing in the creation of graphic assets for both digital and print production. At MtoM, Lucas has helped clients by creating logos, flyers, banners, billboards, print/digital advertisements, social media posts, and more. Lucas graduated from George Mason University in 2021, receiving a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Minor in Graphic Design.

Raised in Herndon VA, Lucas continues to live in the Northern Virginia area he grew up in. He enjoys marching percussion, having participated in Winter Guard International (WGI) and Drum Corps International (DCI) as both a member and an educator.

Kylie Reaman
Digital Strategist

Kylie Reaman is a Digital Strategist and has been working for MtoM Consulting for over two years. Since January 2020, she has successfully helped market a variety of different clients, including shopping centers, investment banks, and book authors. While she started her marketing career working for a small healthcare business, Kylie now spends most of her time collaborating with cannabis-related clients. Other areas of expertise include social media marketing and advertising, content creating, email marketing, and blogging. 

Kylie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Studies from Walden University in 2018. She currently resides in Delaware with her husband and daughter.

When she is not working towards achieving results for her clients, you can find her cheering on her kids from the sidelines, volunteering at the local public schools or escaping into the mountains.

Melissa Morrison

As a marketing and SEO consultant, Melissa uses qualitative and quantitative, and online and offline data to put together the best strategy and tactics for clients. Melissa specializes in organic SEO - applying 30 years of marketing, advertising and consumer research experience to reach client’s ideal targets and drive conversions. Keyword research and site optimization are both art and science, the result being to create an ideal consumer experience while also meeting the needs of search engines. Melissa takes a holistic look at client’s complete online presence and outlines what is working and what to improve to generate more business.

Melissa earned her MBA in Marketing, Management, and International Business with a certificate in Quantitative Analysis from the University of Cincinnati in 1999. Since then, she once made five moves in five years across three continents to support her husband’s career while raising her daughter. She currently resides in Provence, France for now, but is looking forward to whatever comes next!
